Our crews start and end the day at our Danville depot and serve homes and businesses across the Bay Area. The work is physical, active, and different every day: loading trucks, removing furniture and debris, helping customers, and leaving every job site clean.

Driver Applicants

• Valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Confident driving a box truck — no CDL required
• Comfortable working directly with customers on site

Navigator/Helper Applicants

• Able to lift and carry heavy items, including items of 75 lb or more, throughout the day
• Dependable, customer-friendly, and ready to learn the driver role over time

For Every Applicant

• Part-time schedule, 2–6 days per week
• At least one weekend day available
• Reliable transportation to our Danville depot for early starts
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
